Information we collect
When you contact Cre8ve through this website or Instagram, we may collect the name, email address, project description, and preferences you choose to share.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to project inquiries, prepare relevant project conversations, and send project-related communications. We do not sell personal data.
Instagram messaging
If you message Cre8ve through Instagram, PIA may collect the responses needed to qualify and route the project brief. The Instagram user ID and conversation data are used to respond to that inquiry.
Storage
Project inquiry data may be stored in Cre8ve’s internal systems, including Google Sheets, and is accessible only to team members who need it for the inquiry or relationship.
Third-party services
The current website workflow may use Meta for Instagram, Google Sheets for inquiry records, Resend for email, Vercel Analytics for non-personal website events, and Calendly for scheduling. Each service has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@cre8ve.xyz.
Data deletion
Email hello@cre8ve.xyz with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Cre8ve will process the request within 30 days.
